Developing High Performing Teams
High performing teams are a foundation of high-performance organisations and developing those teams requires serious effort and consistent discipline. Members of high performing teams are required to be responsible, take accountability of the results and own the tasks.
The program will help the participants understand the problems that hurt productivity, and give them tools for increasing productivity. The participants will gain the skills to diagnose issues such as conflicts, groupism and lack of commitment in the teams before they get out of control. The program will allow the participants to adapt to frameworks to adjust individual behaviours and get the best performance out of the team. The program will include managing issues with teams which are remote, start-ups and virtual.
