Ritu Kaur is the Director of Omnifin Valuation Pvt. Ltd. and Proprietor of Kaur Consultants, Ahmedabad. A Civil Engineer and Chartered Engineer, she is also a Registered Valuer (Land & Building) with IBBI.

With over 20 years of expertise, she has conducted valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties for loan security, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and dispute resolution.

She is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Valuers – RVF, a Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), and a Member of GICEA.
