Ritu Kaur is the Director of Omnifin Valuation Pvt. Ltd. and Proprietor of Kaur Consultants, Ahmedabad. A Civil Engineer and Chartered Engineer, she is a Registered Valuer (Land & Building) with IBBI under the Companies Act and an Approved Valuer of (Immovable Assets) under Wealth Tax Act U/s 34(AB).

With over 25 years of professional expertise, she has carried out valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties for loan security, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and dispute resolution matters. She is also an empanelled valuer with State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, and other leading banks and financial institutions.

She is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Valuers – RVF, a Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Member of GICEA.
